Austral CCMS Help Desk

Austral CCMS software is supported by our help desk through e-mail, telephone and the online ticket system. Current hours are between 9:00am and 4:30pm Monday - Friday.  

CCMS Government Help Desk

The Government Help Desk can be contacted by email at (CCMS help Desk) ccmshelpdesk@dss.gov.au. They can provide general information on transitioning to the new CCMS system.
